WinterCamp Chronicles Definitions

Winter Camp

Being related and connected to our environments, many Native Peoples maintain Winter and Summer Camps. We live in and use these camps seasonally.

Quite often, in the Winter Camps, stories are told, memories are recalled and the oral traditions are continued, year after year, winter after winter.
